Peter’s Obituary Peter M. Carlos, age 70, of Grand Rapids, MN passed away Monday, February 10, 2020 surrounded by family. Peter was born in 1949 to Constantine “Connie” and Mary Carlos in Superior, WI. Peter moved to Ladysmith, WI where he graduated from High School in 1968. He worked for Wisconsin Electric until the family moved to Grand Rapids, MN. Peter then worked for Boswell/MN Power until he retired after 34 years of service. Peter enjoyed fishing and hunting, and shopping where he always got a good deal. He had many friends and enjoyed spending quality time at the lake place at Lake of the Woods. Preceded in death by his parents and wife, Jane Carlos. Peter is survived by his son, Matt (Melanie) Carlos; daughter, Melissa Reigel; step-son, Paul (Sheryl) Dudley; special friend, Jan Bjorkquist; sister, Cathy (Tom) Foltz; brothers, Mark, Jim (Laura) Carlos; Matt and Melissa’s mother, Carol Kuntz; grandchildren, Lucas Carlos (girlfriend Hannah Carlson); Samantha (Quin) Vork; Shannon and Jessica Reigel; Molly and Ally Dudley; and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be planned at a later date. Read More
