Obituary Penny Ellen Pellett Sturgill, 75, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. She was born in San Antonio, TX, daughter of the late Harold and Mary Frances Bollinger Wagner. She is survived by her children, Dixie McClain and husband, Eddie and John Sturgill and his wife, Kat; grandchildren, Christina McClain Bragg and husband, Craig, Matthew McClain and Kaitlyn Sturgill; and great-grandchildren, Zachery Bragg, Benjamin Bragg, Coleton Bragg and Topper McClain. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Ms. Sturgill will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Woodlawn Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, Mount Holly. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home. Woodlawn Funeral Home is serving the family.
