Obituary PRESQUE Isle – Peggy Lorraine Tuttle, 90, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Presque Isle Nursing Home from Alzheimer’s disease. She was born in Gardiner, Maine, the daughter of Ralph and Leila (Milligan) Hanna. Peggy grew up in Presque Isle, Maine. She attended Presque Isle High School, graduating in 1947, where she met her husband Calvin. They had been married for 71 years.
