Obituary Paul W. Emmett, 82, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away February 20, 2020. He was born April 3, 1937, in Hot Springs to Willie and Addie Marie (Marrall) Emmett. Paul enjoyed boat riding on the lake, working in the yard and traveling Arkansas. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bill Emmett, Charles Emmett, Frank Emmett, Jack Emmett; and sister, Edna Emmett.
