Obituary Neil passed unexpectedly January 26. He is survived by his wife Julie (McDermott) and children Sara, Luke and Catie. He is also survived by his brothers Don, Martha (Clarridge), Todd, Kim (Raszmann) and nephew Jonathan. He was preceded in death by parents Warren and Barbara (Miller) Washburn. Neil was born and raised in Rome, NY and moved to Chicago when he met the woman who would become his wife.
