Obituary Nancy Staggs, age 75, of Doddridge, Arkansas went to be with the Lord Friday, February 28, 2020 in an Atlanta, Texas adult care facility. Nancy was born May 2, 1944 in Perry County, Arkansas to William and Alma Payne. She loved the Dallas Cowboys and Arkansas Razorbacks, but most of all, she loved being a Mom and Granny.
