Mary’s Obituary Mary Lucille Williams, age 91 of Maxwell Hill, Beckley, WV passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Pine Lodge Nursing Home in Beckley. Born on January 3, 1929 in Beckley, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Anglin and Gladys Virginia Harrah Anglin. Mary was a retired employee of the Raleigh County Board of Education where she served as a cook at Maxwell Hill Elementary School. She was a long time member of Maxwell Hill Baptist Church. Mary enjoyed cooking, gardening, visiting family, and attending church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Floyd Williams, a nephew Ronald Williams, and a niece Barbara Weidensall. Those survivors left to cherish her memory include several great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Maxwell Hill Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 2 PM with Pastor Ken Killen officiating. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity, WV. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to the services on Tuesday at the church. Men of Maxwell Hill Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers.
