Obituary Mary Jean Gomez February 24,1940 – February 17,2020 Mary was born to John Tony Gomez and Helen Vigil. Her mother passed away at a very young age, and she was raised by her father and step-mother, Berniece, in West Ogden, Utah. She attended Central Junior High and Ben Lomond High School. All who knew Mary, know she loved her dogs, fish, elephants, and mostly dancing. In her younger days she played in a band with her family, and she sang. She got the nickname “Party Doll”. Mary was a very beautiful selfless woman. She always put others first before herself. Mary will be missed tremendously, but never forgotten. She is survived by her three children: One son, Adrian (Lisa) Gallegos, Ogden; two daughters, Corina Esquer, Ogden; Valjean Gallegos, Ogden; Her brother Toby Gomez, Ogden; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Mary loved her kids, grandkids, family, and friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Gomez Family: Juno, Toby, Tony, and Troy, Her childhood friend, who she kept in contact with since 5th grade, Cordy Quintana, and the Potters House Christian Center.
