She was born February 21, 1955 in Amarillo, Texas. to Leon Neal and Ruth Maxine Voss. She was preceded in death by her father. She is survived by her husband, Fred Brewer; three children, Nehemiah Randolph Berry, Vincent Dwayne Berry; Nicholas Alexander Berry; four grandchildren, Zachary Alexander Berry, Opal Danielle Berry, Alex Edgar Berry, Derek Alexander Berry; her mother, Maxine Fox and sister, Jody Price.
