Obituary SMITH Margaret Ellen, age 88, of Fairfield passed away on February 4, 2020. She was born on September 20, 1931 to the late George and Elma (nee Pyle) West. On February 16, 1952 Margaret married Arnold Rex Smith; he preceded her in death on March 16, 2011. She is survived by her children, Steven Arnold Smith, Nancy Ruth (Mike) Sims, and Amy Jo (Jeff) Wiesman; grandchildren, Sean Paul (Kirsten) Snyder, Jessica Danielle (Brandon) Dayton, Brittany Nicole (Jesse) Haggard, Erin Dawn Hoff and her fiancĂ© Jorden Anderson, and Jeffrey William Wiesman; great grandchild, Harley Rae Dayton; numerous other family and friends. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents; husband; sons, David Jerome Smith and Daniel Lee Smith; and brother, Paul Sidney West. Visitation will be Friday, February 7, 2020 from 9 a.m.- 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, 400 Nilles Rd., Fairfield 45014. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10 a.m. with Father Larry Tharp officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Hamilton.
