Obituary Mabel Lou ‘Scottie’ Highland was born July 21, 1922 in Van Hook, ND the daughter of Frank Murdock and Jesse Alma (Ernest) McQueen. She passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Vista Grande Inn at the age of 97. Scottie married Wayne Bartlett Highland January 8, 1947 in Las Vegas NV.
