Obituary Lyle S. Sheets, 75, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Abbyshire Place. Born on November 21, 1944 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Lyle was the son of the late Milfred S. and Gail Cox Sheets. Lyle was a river boat captain for AEP.
