Lilas’ Obituary Lilas passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 at Brittany Manor at the age of 95 years. Lilas was born in Kawkawlin on January 7, 1925 to the late Albert and Elizabeth (Tardiff) Bond. She married William O’Neil and he preceded her in death. Lilas was a longtime parishioner at Corpus Christi Parish – Holy Trinity Church. She loved her family and enjoyed playing cards. Lilas is survived by her children, William C. (Janet) O’Neil, Lynn (Rick) Mistura and James R. (Carol) O’Neil; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by three brothers and her sister. Funeral Liturgy will be at 11:00 a.m. at Corpus Christi Parish – Holy Trinity Church on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. The Celebrant will be Rev. Fr. Robert J. Kelm with private entombment in St. Patrick’s Mausoleum. Friends may visit at the Gephart Funeral Home on Monday, February 24, 2020, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Rosary will be prayed at the funeral home on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. Mrs. O’Neil will be taken to the church to lie in state on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
