Lena Dee Johnston DeBusk passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Service: 11:00 AM, Monday, February 24, 2020, Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, Granbury, Interment: Holly Hills Memorial Park, Visitation: 3:00 PM -5:00 PM, Sunday, February 23, 2020, Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury. Dee was born on March 31, 1930 in Shamrock, Texas to Clem and Irene Wampler Johnston. She lived in the Perrin Texas area and graduated from Perrin High School in 1946. She married Elzie “Pete” DeBusk on September 24, 1948. They lived in Mineral Wells, Texas for 15 years, and in Azle, Texas for 18 years before moving to Granbury in 1982. They had three sons and one daughter. Dee was preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Erskin Johnston, Wade Johnston, and Otello Patton, husband Elzie “Pete” DeBusk in 1995, son: Leland DeBusk in 2003, and granddaughter: Shannon Schulte. Dee is survived by her sons: Don DeBusk and his wife Bev and Wendell DeBusk, daughter: Cheryl Spencer and her husband David, granddaughters: Shelby and her husband Casey, Aysha Spencer and Savannah Spencer, grandsons: Cory DeBusk and his wife Jennifer, Dustin DeBusk and his wife Melissa, Derek DeBusk and his wife Shelley, David DeBusk and Crystal, Hunter DeBusk and wife Maria, Major Spencer, Michael Spencer, and Scott Hickman and wife Julia and 14 great-grandchildren. hide
