Mr. Lawrence Eugene Troxler April 07, 1936 – February 08, 2020 Share this obituary Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation BURLINGTON-Mr. Lawrence Eugene Troxler, 83, of 1431 Peace Lane, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2020, at White Oak Manor. A native of Alamance County, he was the son of William Lacy Troxler and Nellie Mae Thompson, both deceased and the husband of Mary Russell Troxler, also deceased. His survivors include two brothers, Charles M. Troxler and James L. Troxler, both of Burlington; a half-sister, Reba Shipman of Green Level; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Lawrence’s homegoing service will be held Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Springdale AME Church, 5554 S. Hwy 62, at 11:00 am with Rev. Bridgette Gloster officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to his funeral service at the church. Mr. Troxler’s public viewing will be held on Friday, February 14, 2020, from 1:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home. Alamance Funeral Service of Burlington has the honor of serving the Troxler Family.
