Obituary Kennth D Turnbow June 8, 1944- February 1, 2020 His journey began on June 8, 1944 in Tooele, Utah with his parents Kenneth Turnbow and Anna Nadine Turnbow. At an early age Kenny became active in the community sports leagues, later fulfilling his passions as a teenager by playing for the Tooele High School baseball, basketball and the swim team. He also played Taps at Military Funerals. Soon following Kenny married Elaine Crouse and together they had two daughters, Kimberly Turnbow and Stephanie Turnbow. Kenny began making a name for himself, becoming well known for his Autobody painting, coaching his two daughters in softball. He was also recognized around the golfcoarse, where he became and active member. Kenny had a deep love and appreciation for his autobody painting, golfing, poker, mid night snacks, gardening, hunting, fishing, boxing and the sports channel. Kenny’s impact touched many lives within his family. He shared countless hours riding around with his nieces, nephews and grandchildren looking for elk and deer with his binoculars. Teaching them how to properly hold a golf club. Giving helpful baseball and softball tips and shooting hoops in the driveway. For anyone who has been blessed to have known Kenny, you would know he was not a man of many words, however he has always proved his love and concerns through his actions. Kenny spent the last few years caring for his mother before she passed away. Kenny was proceded in death by his Father Kenneth, his mother Anna Nadine and his younger brother Steven. He is survived by his two children Kimberly and Stephanie, his siblings, Suzanne (Ron), Kim (Tom), Mike (Brenda), along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held at Dalton-Hoopes Funeral Home 50 West Main St. Grantsville Ut 84029 Saturday February 8 2020 2:00PM-4:00PM
