Mr. Halladay passed away January 30, 2020 at NE Alabama Regional Medical Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Dorothy Halladay; and several siblings. Mr. Halladay was a native of Lowville, NY and a resident of Jacksonville since 1999. He was an U.S. Army Veteran. Mr. Halladay is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty Sabo Halladay; daughter, Dorothy Fletcher and her husband Damon; son, Eugene Halladay and his wife Carrie; grandson, Zachary Halladay; great-grandson, Reed Halladay; sister, Pat Hulbert; half- brother, Jimmy Hulbert, and several nieces and nephews.
