Fountain…………………………………Joyce Flora Tugwell, age 84, died Tuesday, February 18, 2020. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, February 22, at 2:00 P.M. by Rev Marty Greer. Interment will follow in Hollywood Cemetery in Farmville. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Mrs. Tugwell was a charter member of Monk Memorial United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Tugwell; daughter, Kim Tugwell; and son, Greg Tugwell.
