John “Jack” E. Phelan, age 80. A resident of Woodlyn passed away on February 8, 2020. Jack was born in Philadelphia to the late John and Isabella Phelan. He was a US Navy Veteran. Jack was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Blue Rocks fan. He loved his family and dog Izzy. Jack will be dearly missed by all his friends and family. Predeceased by his sister, Mary “Sissy” Phelan and his and best friend(dog) Izzy. He is survived by his Children, Kim (Kevin Belevich) Droxler, Catherine Ann (John) Palmatory, Michele (Tad Cox) Droxler , Eddie (Sue) Droxler and Lisa Droxler; sister, Barbara Brady; brother, Earl “Spike” Phelan and longtime friend Tina Martinelli. Also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews . Visitation :Monday, 10:00am -12:00 pm at Williams Lombardo Funeral Home 33 W. Baltimore Avenue Clifton Heights.
