Obituary John E. Ingalls, 94, of Glen Carbon, Illinois passed away at 4:50 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Meridian Village in Glen Carbon. He was born May 20, 1925 in Fraser, Iowa, a son of the late John Edward and Esther (Anderson) Ingalls. He married N. Elizabeth (Perry) Ingalls on April 6, 1947 and she passed away on February 19, 2019.
