Jimmie was born on September 4, 1937, to Ralph Achord and Zula “Lena” Wallace Achord in Castor, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by her nieces, Audrey G. Bailey, Gale T. Franklin, Gloria Cannaday, and Marie Carter; and nephews, J. E. Russell and Rodney Achord.
