Obituary A Memorial service for Jim Tapscott, 80, will be Sunday, February 23, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home. Mr. Tapscott died on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born August 22, 1939, in Morgan County to Elvis Olen Tapscott and Lottie Viola Vest Tapscott. He was the Owner – Operator of Home Insulators. He was preceded in death by his parents.
