Obituary Salley – Mrs. Jeanette Spradley Huckabee, 87, went home to be with her Lord, Wednesday, February 5, 2020 while surrounded by family. Mrs. Jeanette was the wife of the late R. J. Huckabee. They had been married fifty-five years at his passing in 2002. Mrs. Jeanette is the mother of Sharon H. Mosley and her husband Curtis. She is the grandmother of Felisha Westall whose fiancé is Zack Moyer, and the late Joshua Westall. Mrs. Jeanette “Bee” is the great grandmother of Katelynn McFee who is marrying Gage Moyer in March, and Joshua McFee. She is the sister of the late Linda Pridgen and Jean Jones. Mrs. Jeanette’s sister-in-law is Mary Huckabee. She is the daughter of the late George Otis Spradley and Mary Lizzie Berry Spradley. Mrs. Jeanette was a Postal Clerk for Thirty years. She was a faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church. Mrs. Jeanette was a dedicated servant of God. She loved worshipping and serving others. Felisha said she can’t remember a time going in Granny Bee’s home that she wasn’t either cooking or reading her Bible. Sharon said she was very thankful and blessed that Mr. R. J. and Mrs. Jeanette chose her to be their daughter. Mrs. Jeanette loved watching TV gameshows and Atlanta Braves baseball games. She new most of their players’ names.
