Jann’s Obituary Jann Gover, 69, of Olton, died Wednesday, February 19, 2020, in Olton. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Ramage Funeral Directors and no services are scheduled at this time. The family will receive friends at the home of Michael and Velvet McFadden at 1015 W. 7th in Olton from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Friday, February 21, 2020. Janet Renee was born June 16, 1950, in Lubbock, Texas, to Joe and JoJo (Morris) Chester. A lifetime area resident, Jann was a member of the First United Methodist Church. On February 14, 1976, Jann married Bill Gover in Earth. Jann enjoyed scrapbooking, making homemade cards, and had made a scrapbook for every member of the family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and family. Survivors include her husband, Bill Gover of Olton, two sons, Stan Gover and his wife Jerilyn of Marietta, GA, and Jeff Roden of Amarillo, one daughter, Velvet McFadden and husband Michael of Olton, and two sisters, Judith Jones and her husband Dean of Earth and Jeana Ferguson and her husband Jim of Amarillo. She was blessed with seven grandchildren: Madison, Braeden, Haylee, Faith, Adysson, Mason, and Majr.
