Janean’s Obituary Janean Annette Middleton was born May 23, 1944 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of James and Velma (Jacobs) Regan. She entered into rest on February 16, 2020 in Joplin, following a six month illness at the age of 75. Janean moved to the Stark City area in 1980 from Kansas City and was a homemaker. She loved to sew, quilting and computerized embroidery work. She was a member of the Newtonia Baptist Church. Janean married Gary Edward Middleton on October 7, 1963 in Kansas City and he preceded her in death on January 11, 2019. She is survived by three children, Suzanne Middleton-Ross of Joplin, Brian Edward Middleton of Aurora and Ginger (Tim) Middleton-Martin of Stark City; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
