Obituary Jamie L. Ryan, 33, of Richmond, Ohio passed away suddenly Monday February 17, 2020 in the emergency room at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH. She was born July 31, 1986 in Steubenville, Ohio, the daughter of Paul and Phyllis “Fee” (Mozingo) Ryan of Mingo Junction, OH. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Donna Mackey; and her maternal grandparents, Phyllis and Bill Pratt. Jamie graduated from Indian Creek High School in 2004. She had worked at the Schiappa Library in Steubenville and had a love for reading. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancé, Josh Yeager of Richmond, OH; a brother, Jason Ryan of Steubenville, OH; her paternal grandfather, Harry “Bud” Mackey of Mingo Junction, OH; two aunts, Paula (Bob) Quaigg of Mingo Junction, OH and Jackie Wilson and her companion Ed Kady of Green Castle, PA; a uncle, John Mozingo, Jr. and his companion Dee Kleiman of Dillonvale, OH; a cousin, Nick Quaigg of Mingo Junction, OH; and her fur babies, Luna and Murdock. Friends will be received at the Wheeler Funeral Home, 101 Longview Ave., Mingo Junction, on Thursday from 4 p.m. until the time of her funeral services at 7:30 p.m. with Pastor Sam Davis, officiating.
