RENE A. BURNS, M.D. F.A.A.P. age 67, of Indian Land , South Carolina, (formerly of Batavia, NY) passed away on Feb. 7, 2020 at Atrium Health in Charlotte, NC. Irene was born in Peekskill, NY the daughter of the late Leo and Loretta Burns on Aug. 17, 1952. She graduated from Canisius College, Buffalo, NY in 1974 and received her doctor of medicine at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine in 1978.
