Imagene’s Obituary IMAGENE GAY Imagene Gay, better known as “Meme”, age 94, of New Boston, Texas passed away February 7, 2020 at the Retreat at Kenwood in Texarkana, Texas. Mrs. Gay was born August 11, 1925 and was raised in Grapeland, Texas by Robert and Linnie Yates. She was retired from Raytheon Company and was a devout Christian who touched many lives. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, John H. Gay, and ten older brothers and sisters. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law John Y. and Martha Gay, one daughter and son-in-law Judy and Joe Lippian, one granddaughter, Shannon Shipp, two grandsons and one granddaughter-in-law, Drs. Jim and Adriane Lippian, Mark Lippian, two great granddaughters, Molly and Mica Lippian all from New Boston, Texas, and a host of friends and other relatives Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M.,Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Bates Rolf Funeral Home, New Boston, Texas with Bro. Ron Humphrey officiating. Interment will be in Ringwood Cemetery, New Boston, Texas under the direction of Bates Rolf Funeral Home.
