Obituary Gregory Lee Beckley, age 70, of Valdosta, died Saturday, February 15, 2020 at South Georgia Medical Center following a period of declining health. He was born of Lutheran faith, on March 27, 1949 in Flint, Michigan to the late Russell and Betty Lou (Goodman) Beckley. Mr. Beckley was employed for 27 years as a Captain with the Michigan Department of Corrections. During that time, he spread his love of Harley Davidsons with his Corrections “family”.
