Gerald “Jerry” Hudson, 37, of Newport News passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father, Terry Hudson; maternal grandparents, Royce and Alice Tarkington; and paternal grandparents Gerald and Helen Hudson. Jerry worked as a chef in a local Newport News restaurant. When he was not at work, he loved to spend time with his son. There are many different activities that they loved doing together but playing drums and video games was what they loved the most. Jerry is survived by his son; Atreyu Hudson; mother, Robin Hudson; sister, Donna Agee (Billy); brother, Terry Hudson Jr.; nieces, Kayla Riddle, Brittany Riddle, and Adella Riddle; nephews, Dustin Agee and Brandon Agee.
