Obituary George S. “Buddy” Barker Jr., 75, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away February 18, 2020. He was born April 7, 1944, in Altus, Oklahoma, to George Sr. and Flo (Whitehead) Barker. Buddy was a member of Piney Grove United Methodist Church for over 20 years. Buddy was an active member of the Noahs of Ark Walk to Emmaus Community. He loved to bring smiles to the faces of everyone he met. Buddy enjoyed boating, golfing, and talking with friends and family.
