Obituary On February 22, 2020, Gary Eugene Kesner, father of Nikki Moxley (Bill), Travis Kesner, Vince Menshaw, and Katelin Kesner, grandfather of Billy and Emily Moxley and Vincent Menshaw Jr.; brother of Pamela Clarke and Tammy Hindgardner.
