Gail Wayne Zimmerman, 67, of Bloomfield passed away Monday February 17, 2020. Born September 5, 1952 in Orange Park, Florida the son of Grover and Anna Mae (Cline) Zimmerman. Gail was self-employed as a Farrier and Horse Trainer. Surviving relatives include his wife Mary Elda Zimmerman of Bloomfield, two daughters, Melissa Ann (Jon) Kennon of Trafalgar, Rebecca Lee (Mark) Hamilton of Ellettsville, he has five granddaughters, Amanda Jo Veenhuizen, Megan Nicole Dearing, Makenzy Hamilton, Abigail Lee Hamilton, Courtney Marie Hamilton, two great grandsons, Bentley Van Dearing, Jaxon Wayne Dearing, one great granddaughter, Lanie Mae Veenhuizen, two sisters, Katherine Brown and Alice Zimmerman and one brother Roy Zimmerman. Gail was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and his parents. Friends may call from 4 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield and 9 A.M. Thursday until the hour of service at the Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday at Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield with Pastor Craig Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery. The family wishes donations be made to the Funeral Home to help with expenses.
