Frank James Wright (Tank James) was born February 9, 1986 in Shamrock, TX. He was the son of the late Carrie Lee Wright. Frank married Shanieka Wight on March 12,2011 in Shamrock, TX. They later moved to El Reno, OK in October 2013. Frank was a jack of all trades. He did whatever he needed to do to provide for his family. He last worked at RJR Trucking as a sand loader. Frank was a devoted father and loving husband. He tried to live life to the fullest through spending time with his family and friends. Frank is survived by his wife Shanieka Wright of El Reno; seven children, Iseis, Frank II, Ivory, Quinten, Tank, all of El Reno, OK, Desirae of Shamrock, TX, and Serena of Mobeetie, TX; six sisters, Betty Adams and Peggy Wright, of El Reno, Phyllis Wright of Oklahoma City, OK, Vanessa Wright of Dallas, Tx, Tamara Donnell, of Palestine, TX, and Tammy Thomas, of Amarilla, TX; four brothers, Jessie Wright, of El Reno, OK, Terry Menefield, of Shamrock, TX, Tim Clerkley, of Dallas, TX, Billy Menefield (Gator), of Amarillo, TX; sister-in-law, Lennie Taylor; brother-in-law, Sammy Taylor and wife Saige; five uncles, six aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Frank is preceded in death by his mother, Carrie Lee Wright; grandparents Jessie James Wright (Big Jack) and Betty Lula Ryan Wright (Big mama); great-grandparents, Belmore Ryan and Lula Mae Williams Ryan; and one aunt, Dianna Wright A celebration of life for Tank James will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Viewing will be held Friday, February 7 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.
