Obituary Frank A. Diemart Jr was born April 27th, 1945 in Newton, KS. He passed away February 3rd, 2020 at the Mitchell County Hospital in Beloit, KS under the loving care of his Doctors and Nurses. He resided in Ionia, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents; Frank A. Diemart Sr. and Hazel (Ledbetter) Diemart, Brothers Rick, Jim, and Ed, as well as Sister Kathryn. Frank grew up on a farm north of Towanda, KS and attended all of his school years there with his siblings. Frank worked for Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, KS for 38 years before retiring in 2000 at the age of 55. After he retired, Frank moved to Ionia, KS. Frank is survived by his Wife Pat (Hillman) Diemart, Ionia, KS, Daughter Shannon Diemart, El Dorado, KS, Step-daughter Louanna Frakes and husband Scooter, Brenda Roberts, and Khrisstina Castillo and many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Frank enjoyed giving a helping hand to friends and neighbors by using his tractor clearing snow and tilling gardens. We were so blessed to have him as a part of our lives bringing a little laughter and a lot of sunshine. He will truly be missed. Graveside Service will be Saturday, May 2, at 11:30A.M. At the Ionia Cemetery, Ionia, KS. Kleppinger Funeral home, Jewell, KS is in charge of arrangements. Memorials are to be made to the Ionia United Methodist Church in Ionia, KS.
