Born and raised in Philadelphia the son of Francis B. and Augusta Sines (nee Moeller), Frank graduated from Northeast Catholic High School. After serving honorably in the Marine Corps, he attended Penn State University and Temple University. He worked as a software instructor for most of his career with several companies including RCA, Rexxon and SAP America from where he retired. He enjoyed golfing as well as spending time in Cape May. Frank is lovingly survived by his wife, Audrey (nee Cain); his children, Kara (Joe) Naples, Christopher (Patricia) Sines, Megan Sines, Heather Anne Sines and Peter (Rachel) Sines; his brother, Edward (Patricia) Sines; his sisters, Kathleen Bean and Maryann (Frank) Sines Potera along with 8 nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday morning, February 17th beginning at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church (CHAPEL), 1439 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill where His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 AM following the viewing. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
