Doris Cavallaro September 11, 1933 – February 20, 2020 Cavallaro Doris nee Doumit departed her life from her loved ones on February 20, 2020. Born and rasied in Union City and Weehawken she resided in Maywood, N.J for over 50 years. Predeceased by Parents George and Schuckreeyee (nee Nafash) Doumit, her loving brother George, his wife Rita Olivero, sons Daniel and George, her loving sister Nancy Corso, her husband Charles Corso, Son Steven Corso and Baby Santa Corso. Her soul mate Frank the love of her life departed after 39 years of marriage in 1998, he was never out of her broken heart, as well as Baby Joanne Cavallaro deceased at birth. Survived by loving daughter and best friend Gina Gotay, her adoring Grandson Jonathan and son-in-law Carlos. She is survived by niece Diane Doumit in Colorado, niece Ella Ulzak and children, Kaitlin, Michael and Zachery Doumit, niece Gladys Doumit and her children Gavin, Kimberly and grandson Xander. She loved her friends, Anne and her family, Arlene and her family and Janet & Vinnie and their family, and countless others who have passed away, Vivian and Julie to name a few. She was a class mother through 8th grade with Gina as well as both parents guiding 16 young people at their home for C.C.D for confirmation. She loved her daughters friends, she was a devoted mom to Gina and friends. Funeral service at the Trinka-Faustini Funeral Service 439 Maywood Ave., Maywood on Monday February 24, 2020 at 10:00AM.
