Donna F. Rice, age 82 of Bloomington passed away February 11, 2020 at Garden Villa with her family at her side. She was born June 1, 1937. Donna was a homemaker. She is survived by one son Claud (Sheila) Hawkins; three daughters Pamela (Steven) Marlett, Christina Barber, and Carla (Terrance) Guise; seven grandchildren Cassandra Elliott, Calvin Barber, Casey barber, Jr., Allison Marlett, Jonathon Thayer, Donovan Thayer, and Krista Thayer; nine great grandchildren; and one brother, James Daniel (Lorena) New. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Donna was predeceased by her parents, Lloyd and Vannie New, first husband Claud Hawkins and second husband Carl Rice; son in law Casey Barber, and one brother Eli New. A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 3PM at the Smithville Christian Church.
