He was born November 12, 1941 in Springfield, IL to Red Brown & Laura Mae Carroll Brown. He was retired from the State of IL where he worked in their computer operations. He was a member of the Catholic church. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Linda Brown & Wilma Meyers; sister-in-law, Kathleen Brown; and sever nieces & nephews. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Bearden Brown; son, Jeff Brown (Grace); daughter, Donna Janiero; stepson Jerry Thomas (Terri); stepdaughter, Lori Flemming; son, Kenny Brown; daughters, Kathy Brown & Kim Brown; son, Billy Brown;15 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. A private burial will be held by the family at a later date.
