Obituary Dixie Allen, 89 of Drexel, Missouri passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at St. Luke’s Plaza Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday, February 28, 2020 at Mullinax Funeral Home, Drexel Chapel (660-679-0009). A visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, prior to the service Friday, also at the chapel. Burial will follow in Sharon Cemetery, Drexel, Missouri.
