Obituary Daniel Harold “Dan” Nelson, age 66 of Grand Rapids, was ushered into the presence of his Savior Thursday, February 6, 2020. He was born May 8, 1953 in East St. Louis, IL, the son of Joseph and Lucille (Schanke) Nelson. Dan had a wonderful sense of humor and a distinctive laugh.
