Dana passed away with family at her side at Providence Hospital from battling cancer the last six years on February 12, 2020. She was 61 years old and lived a very active and meaningful life in Anchorage, Alaska. Born at Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene Texas to Charles and Nellie Goodson, she was the middle of three girls.
