Obituary Dan Farrar, age 78, of Cohutta, passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 at Hamilton Medical Center. He was the son of the late, Albert and Freda Farrar and was preceded in death by his son Mark Farrar. He was a member of the Peach State Tractor Club and a member of Salem Baptist Church He is survived by his wife Jackie Farrar of Cohutta; daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie (Randy) Stanton of Cohutta, Connie (Wayne) Parmer of Cairo, GA; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Farrar of Cohutta; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jim and Pat Smith of Chipley, FL; grandchildren, Daniel Farrar, Thomas Farrar, Christopher (Heather) Stanton, Tyler (Shannon) Stanton, Ryan (Katie) Parmer, Hunter (Kara) Parmer, Austin (Katelyn) Parmer, Jake Parmer; great-grandchildren, Will Stanton, Reese Stanton, Ellie Parmer, Sawyer Parmer; nephew, Jamie Smith; great niece, Emily Smith. The funeral service will be Monday, February 24, 2020 at 1 p.m. in Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Darry Kittle officiating.
