Crystal Lynn Murdock, age 44, of Hot Springs, died Monday, February 17, 2020. She was born on June 9, 1975, in San Diego, California, the daughter of Larry Kruse and Alma Suit Kruse. On May 14, 2011, she married William Murdock. She was preceded in death by one infant daughter, Christina Marie; her parents; and her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Nonda Suit. Crystal was of the Baptist faith. She was a member of Thespian Troop 2124 of San Diego, California. She is survived by her husband, William Murdock of Hot Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Nicole Diggs of Hot Springs; two daughters and one son-in-law, Caitlin and Tyler Strine of Hot Springs and Kristina Wylie of Malvern; two grandchildren, Titus Blanton and Atticus Blanton, both of Malvern; one brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Christina Kruse of Houston, Texas; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Chandra Efird of Hot Springs and Charmaine and Kenny Myers of Pearcy; nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 1, 2020, at Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with Bro. Teddy Hill officiating. Visitation will be Sunday 1:00 PM until service time. Memorials may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc., 2121 K Street NW, Suite 200, Washington, DC 20037.
