CHARLES’ Obituary Charles Jamie Whiddon, 49 years old of Janesville, WI; formerly of Salem, WI, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at his home. He was born August 28, 1970 in Park Ridge, IL, the son of the late William A. Whiddon and Paula (nèe Cura) Whiddon. Charles was a huge Green Bay Packer fan and an avid outdoorsman who loved to camp, fish, hunt and kayak. He loved being outside in nature. Charles is survived by his mother, Paula Whiddon; his siblings, William Michael (Rebecca) Whiddon; Paul J. Whiddon, Michelle D. Linville, Chavella (John) Brewington; his nieces and nephews, Cassondra, Michael, Drew, Sam, Ryan; and his aunts, uncles, and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William A. Whiddon. We request that you bring your thoughts, prayers, and fondest memories along to share with the family. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Strang Funeral Home, 1055 Main St., Antioch, IL 60002. Interment will be private.
