Brian Beaver, 29, of Belford, NJ passed on Wednesday, February 19, 2020. He is beloved and remembered by his mother, Mary Ann, father, Irvin, sisters, Alex and Kristin and their husbands, Chris and Kenan. Brian was born in Red Bank, NJ and attended Middletown High School South. He then went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America where he graduated and then became an instructor. Brian held the honor of working at a Michelin Star restaurant in Manhattan and then went on to become a sous chef at the former Mumford’s Culinary Center. His talents and energy were boundless. He was a voracious learner and became an expert on anything that interested him from botany to art. Brian lived with integrity and had a zest for life. He will be remembered for his contagious laugh, smile, and relentless dedication to his friends and family. He will be dearly missed. Arrangements have been made for a memorial service at Tower Hill Church in Webster Hall, 255 Harding Rd Red Bank, NJ on Friday, February 28 at 9:30AM with a meet and greet with the family to follow.
