Obituary STAUNTON – Brenda Carolyn (Martin) Heflin Hoover Thacker, age 72, passed away Thursday (February 6, 2020) at Kings Daughters Community Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born January 13, 1948 in Bethesda, Md., she was the daughter of James Herman and Linda Virginia (Allen) Martin.
