Obituary Anna Elizabeth Bolinger, 57, pass away on Tuesday, February 04, 2020, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Born on May 29, 1962, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Boyd Franklin Collawn and Leona Anna Skidmore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by uncles, Jack Skidmore, Harold Skidmore, Frank Skidmore, Clifton Skidmore and half-brother Thomas Skidmore. She was an amazing cook and retired from the food services at Frostburg State University. She was a member of the Frostburg American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 24 and volunteered there on many occasions. Surviving are her daughter, Latisha Clark; son, Frederick Bolinger; brother, William Lee and twin brothers, Frank and John Collawn; uncles, Leroy Skidmore, William Skidmore; aunts Helen Potter, Margaret Green, Wanda Binnix, Betty Bittinger, Frances Kemp and Inez Keifer; and special cat Baby Doll. Family and friends will be received will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD, on Thursday, February 6, 2020, from 12-2 pm with a memorial service at 2 pm with Celebrant Peg Marshall officiating.
