Amie’s Obituary Amie Lee Horton Amie Lee Horton, 37, of Mexico, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be Monday, March 2, from 5-7 p.m. at Arnold Funeral Home. Amie was born on January 29, 1983, in Mexico, Missouri, the daughter of Jeffrey Cupp and Marceane Shoemaker. She attended Mexico High School and started working early on. She loved helping people and got her CNA License and worked in the nursing home field. She married Robert Horton in August, 2012. Amie enjoyed listening to music and singing. She loved her children and being a mother to multiple other children. Amie was a very loving person and helping others made her happy. Survivors include mother, Marceane Tolbert of Mexico; daughter, Alyssa Cupp of Columbia; son, Ashton Johnson of Hannibal; daughter, Ryleigh Horton of Auxvasse; son, Coebyn Cupp of Mexico; one grandchild, Coraline Fisher of Columbia; four sisters, Amber Weldon of Mexico, Brittney Davidson of Mexico, Mollie Cupp of Paris, and Elizabeth Cupp of Paris; and step-mom, Victoria Cupp of Paris.
