Springfield – Carlos Ivan Toledo, 45, passed away Friday, January 24th, 2020 at home. Carlos was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico on June 18th, 1974, to his parents Ismael Toledo and Carmen Toledo. Carlos was very much loved and he will be missed. Carlos leaves to cherish his memories, his parents, his sister: Digna Fuster, his brother: Jose Ivan Toledo, his close friend: Kerri Pooler-Cerasoli, nieces and nephews, and many family and friends. Calling Hours will be on Wednesday, January 29th, 2020, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, at Puerta Del Cielo® Funeral Home, 730 State Street, Springfield, MA 01109, followed by a burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, 426 Bay Street, Springfield, MA.
